It’s now August and the rainy season is upon us. Luckily all of the structural work is complete and the walls are up so we are concentrating on the indoor finishing work while waiting for the return of those sunny Philippine days. From ground to roof top, crews are installing ceilings, tiling floors and painting walls. On the outside, the balconies are being finished and provisions for mounting the split type air conditioning units are underway. Construction continues ahead of the schedule, with our official opening now tentatively scheduled for December 1, 2006. Once the windows are installed next month, we will be able to bring you a sneak preview of the guest room interiors. In September, we also plan to break ground on the swimming pool. In the meantime, we have posted a few new photos below to show you the progress from the last update. If you are just tuning in, here is a list of the facilities this new hotel addition will offer you:

We have been receiving many inquires about the new hotel and its offerings. In fact, we have even received some early bookings even though we have not yet published our room rates.
